File Prep Guidelines

Before You Export
  • Preferred formats: press-ready PDF, AI, or EPS.
  • Color mode: CMYK (provide Pantone numbers if spot colors are required).
  • Resolution: 300 dpi at final size (large-format ok at ~150 dpi).
Bleeds, Margins & Fonts
  • Bleed: 0.125" (1/8") on all sides.
  • Safe area: keep critical content 0.125" inside trim (0.25" for booklets/folders).
  • Outline fonts or embed; include linked images.
  • Minimum line weight: 0.25 pt; avoid unintended overprints.
Proofs & Sending Files
  • You’ll receive a digital proof for approval before production.
  • Name files clearly (Project_Version_Date).
  • Attach files in the quote form below or share a cloud link.
