File Prep Guidelines
Before You Export
- Full color must be prepared in CMYK, not RGB.
- Identify spot colors as Pantone colors.
- Scale design to final output size.
Bleeds, Fonts & Links
- If printing extends to the edge, include 1/8" bleed on all sides.
- Package all supporting images and fonts.
- For vector files, convert text to outlines/curves.
Quality Checks
- Web graphics or small .gif/.jpg images are not suitable—send for ART REVIEW if unsure.
- A printed sample (if available) helps us confirm your expectations.
